Your Daily Fix

Your Daily Fix is a health series about changing daily habits to improve health. The show is 21 episodes and has a focus on physical health. Our host, Isaac Song, takes us through an average persons' day: waking up, driving, working, using a computer and cell phone, athletics, sleeping, and more. In these episodes, Isaac shows us how to improve little things that make a world of difference. The goal of the show is to develop new habits to replace what we have unknowingly learned from the people around us.
